Saturday 17th August saw The Nansledan Summer Music, Food & Craft Fayre in Parc Mengleudh. The weather held fair, and the community came out in droves to support the event. There was a special guest appearance of Brad Pauls the British Middleweight Boxing Champion. Brad was humbled by the welcome he received as he posed for selfies and chatted with the locals. Music was provided by Tess, Kobi Hampshaw, Francesca Trebilcock and Amy Mulkerrins all local talent from Newquay and Nansledan. They didn’t disappoint, they were all amazing. For three of the artists, it was their first appearance at Nansledan, but we are confident it won’t be their last.
Food and drink was served by Wildbake Pizza, Molinos Street Food, and Jackson. There was a variety of craft stalls and local businesses advertising their products, and games/tombola provided by the NCA, so there was plenty to keep folks entertained throughout the day.

An extra special thank you to our NCA committee and our small team of volunteers who worked behind the scenes to make the event a success.
