That smile, that nod That wave, that hug A moment in life All wrapped up with love That wag, that purr That tiny hand in yours Joyful moments like these That want for more That meal, that drink That's shared between And the laughter that's cherished And never unseen Love's truly all around In so many ways Just there to be cherished Like warm sunny days
When does it happen That moment of love Two people, once strangers Now together in love Joy in each other Knowing more each day Seeing through their eyes In reflections that stay Sleeping, eating together Dreaming beautiful things Excitedly planning futures They look forward to bring Love so fulfilling A partnership true With respect at it’s core And laughter there too Till eternity it stays If earning it's keep Bringing peace to the heart And love so deep
